I do agree the platform is more of a one-person-show with viewer texting interaction rather than say a Zoom call. I want to keep it on Twitch for now though so others can discover it, even outside of Apiary! I might be able to host it. But I'd rather find an online server that does that. I'll let you know if I find one. Actually, I don't know how Twitch works I have to check it out right now.

Twitch does have free unlimited everything so it would be possible. I don't know if I want to host it on my channel, but it could be a great idea if you are willing to host it.

It's really easy to create a Twitch account. Then just follow a few steps to be able to stream content and you can have it up and running. Then post a link on here for people to watch during the day! FYI, trading during Isaac's market assessment has been good for me in that two days in a row I have had winning trades. Worth it in my opinion! Plus it helps me get ready psychologically and technically for that first trade of my morning. Hey, Isaac: the live video today buffered then completely went down.

As a final note, I think a lot of folks are missing out on a valuable resource here. And a few more active participants would surely add to its educational value which is already high, in my opinion. This is mostly a reply to Frank's last post. Scheduling wise, I currently am unable to continue these live steams. My MBA program has a lot of homework I need to focus on, and I find trading time a good time to do it.

Create a friendly, real time, environment where traders can discuss different trading strategies and trading ideas. Introduce and educate new or inexperienced traders to the world of forex trading.

Have fun and socialize. Often I find myself bored when trading. A real time stream will offer me and the viewers an outlet for that boredom. I will update daily in this thread where we are in each of our trades. A retrace of this large move is expected and will exit on the break of the trend lines and consider a short position. Otherwise the trade continues to rack up the profits. Show hidden low quality content.

I just started live trading on Twitch yesterday a streaming platform. I think it would be a great place for us to trade together - share ideas and discuss strategy live. It won't be like when Shawn is trading live, it will be more of a "learn from each other" type environment, not "learn from the master.

So, I got there a bit late, and we didn't chat much; so far, I am not sold on the Twitch platform, but I'll give it a few more tries to get used to it. So, you are implicating it's more like live texting??? If so, it can work provided more folks show up so we have less dead space.

Then again, too many folks texting at the same time will be wild. I'll give it a go, though, as I'm usually trading during those hours, unless I stay up too late and sleep in. In the beeline, the system doesn't have a requirement to be in profit from starting capital. It only requires you to have the beeline stat requirements in green. You also move to GII if you are not in profit. The system doesn't require you to have the beeline stats in green, but your account must be in profit, each month, 3 times in a row. Look at the current system requirements for your level, understand the requirements, fulfill the requirements to the best of your ability not with the best final working strategy So ppl can pass in and out as time zones change around the world.

I'd be all in that. Rob, I'm not trying to change my working tactics. I'm trying to make that system work in Alveo within a stat framework. So, I do not try reinventing wheels, just tune and adjust to beat the stat game.

However, widening stops can help one aspect but kill another, especially when the volatility is not delivering when you are on-line. It has always functioned that way. So, Forex futures trading is just a small part of what I'm trading; in fact, it's more of a test. If I take a hit with Forex futures or even with an option trade with another entity in TOS, it's not a big deal because there are other positions in play with varying holding periods.

Thus, only the money counts as a stat at the end of the day, week, month, etc. So, that is the only element I care about is the equity curve itself, regardless of how I achieved it. I do not give a rip whether I have more losses than wins from time to time in the process.

On the other hand, in Beeline with stats of which there are three to be met it is the simultaneous meeting of those stats that has been the most difficult task for me. And, frankly, even I am surprised by that, despite my years of trading. It is the day running Expectancy, though, that has been my greatest challenge, as I finally had to increase my SLs to adjust for the volatility so as to compensate for too many losses, though small.

And I have NEVER blown out past 0. However, this week I am so close I can taste it. And selling my condo right now is not diminishing my stress; lots to manage. Yes, been close before, but this time it's different, as it's the most comfortable I have been with Forex since I started. So, I cannot take the risk of trying out some other idea that I have not proven, although I always appreciate the advice from those who give it.

In many cases, the advice set me back more than helped, not because it was bad advice, but engineers like me do not always function well with new methods not proven personally. Yes, it's a curse and a blessing! One thing is good, though. I am definitely on intimate terms with those stat details; plus my basic system is intact for when I do get funded so as to scalp, swing, or whatever.
